Citibank is the primary U.S. banking subsidiary of financial services multinational Citigroup. Founded in 1812 as the City Bank of New York, Citibank currently has 2,649 branches in 19 countries, including Indonesia.

As a continuation of the first 'Citi On Us' campaign, Citibank needed new creative communication to strengthen its relevance with consumers to increase their credit card usage.

Creative Tribe came up with the idea of crafting an invitation from Citibank to all the consumers, encouraging them to make meaningful and beautiful memories with their beloved ones, supported through Citibank credit cards. It's a way of making new memories that might have been postponed or put aside, especially during the pandemic. This invitation has successfully given the consumers a reason to make more transactions with Citibank.
